1. Digital goods

All products are digital licenses delivered instantly on purchase. Because keys can be used immediately, refunds are not guaranteed once a key has been activated or a HWID has been bound.

2. Eligible cases

• Duplicate or accidental purchase, reported within 24 hours and unused
• Product confirmed non-functional with no fix available within a reasonable window
